Pros: -16gb -slim; no bulky housing that gets in the way of other ports -'appears' to be faster that my previous usb thumb drives when syncing folders (this is just a gut feeling, not based on any measurable testing)

Cons: After about 3 days of use, the flash drive, or chip, came loose within the housing. The male adapter now jiggles up and down and produces a snapping sound inside the housing. Although I did not treat the device with the care I would when putting RAM in a motherboard, I do not believe I put any stress on the item beyond what normal use would imply.

Overall Review: For the price, I paid $39 at newegg, I'm bummed and wish it was more sturdy. In all fairness, the unit is fully functional despite the jigglyness.
