Pros: Very Easy Setup, no hassles whatsoever as of yet. Great Board for what it has to offer (DDR2/DDR3), PCI-Express 2.0) and with a great price on top of that. BIOS is really easy too :o
Cons: Not really a con since you buy what board you get except only 1 IDE (Simple Master/Slave options to make 2 of course) and no Firewire.
Overall Review: Looks Cheap, with a unknown name brand to some except it's a company that ASUS owns, I believe...They simply make budget with great efficency from what I've read...I don't OC much so not sure what it's capable of in that field.
Great CPU Cooler

Pros: Only used this for about a day but you don't need to have it for awhile to make a judgement call on it. Just looking at the temps, it's solid like every other review has said. Currently sitting at 28 C on my i5-2500k, and used Prime95 for about 5 minutes and went up to 49 C max in that timeframe. All in all, worth the 35 bucks. Also, used Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound
Cons: Doesn't fit in the Azza Solano 1000r Full ATX Tower unless you take off the 230mm Fan on the side. So, just the size of it. Not the Cooler's fault, I didn't research enough and still getting great airflow in the case without it.

Simple, Good Case

Pros: Very Simple, Great Airflow, Fits everything to my needs perfectly. Price is good too...got a combo deal on mine to make it better :)
Cons: Instructions alittle cheap....Simply tells ya to screw it down without specifying what screw to use. Not that it was a huge problem though.
Overall Review: You can't go wrong with it if your looking for a cheap case to buy.
