Set up is a nightmare with no support from Polycom

Pros: Easy physical install

Cons: The product won't connect to the Polycom server for setup. The response from customer support is "Keep trying". Many other users report trying this a 100 times with no results. I've attempted set up for 3 hours and 30+ attempts and it still won't connect to the server.

Overall Review: Don't buy, buggy and not supported by manufacturer

So far so good

The drive worked great upon install. It's been running now for a couple weeks with no issues. No hardware or cables included but I also didn't expect them.
