Frist board with USB 3!

Pros: Support for 6 core CPU's after a BIOS update. USB 3, SATA 6Gb/s. Windows 7 had usable drivers off the install disc for everything but the NEC USB 3 controller. Mother board runs cool @ 15 F higher than my room temp. Plays nice with Linux, Installed Fedora 12 x86_64 along with Ubuntu 9.10 x86_64 with no trouble No floppy is a plus now that you can load RAID drivers via USB stick. I love express gate Have had 100% load on all cores for a few hours using Orthos, so far has been stable.
Cons: PCI cards are fading, but I still have some of them. Layout makes it impossible to use a PCI slot if you run SLI. Same goes for IDE, except it's totally absent from the board. Wish express gate had more resolution choices, minor issue.
Overall Review: Why do people hate PS/2 Ports? If you need 10 usb ports, maybe you should ditch that usb powered monkey that claps everytime you press enter! Hard to get 8 cores to 100% usage with out synthetic benchmarking type programs.
Great card. Turn off fan stop

Pros: I bought this card to play games at 4K resolution. I have been able to play every game I try at 4K with good frame rates.
Cons: Fan stop is bad
Overall Review: So the cards configuration utility, firestorm, needs some work. I played Hunt: showdown first on this card and after playing for 15 minutes I reached in to feel the metal back plate of the card. As my hand approached the card I could feel the heat from 8 inches away! This thing was HOT! I couldn't even touch the back plate for more than a second. At first I thought that the fans were not working. They were working but at 10%. Turns out the factory fan curves for this card let it get really hot. The firestorm app doesn't give a lot of info on how to use it. Turns out the only way to gain manual control of the fans is to turn off fan stop first. This option is hidden in the app under the LED settings....ok? It is the small arrow looking control in the LED settings. Even if this card can take the heat it puts out with fan stop on I don't recommend it because it will raise the ambient temp in your case by a lot.
Like brand new

Pros: My refurb came with an Acer zipper carrying case with a pocket for the charger. +7th gen core i5 +1050 pascal based WITH 4bg ram! +SSD 256 SSD +can game on battery + -$300 from base price because it's a refurb
Cons: -Could use a bigger SSD. However this laptop comes with an extra spot for a SATA drive, so this isn't really a con.
Overall Review: The laptop I received had no scratches on any surface. Battery worked like new. Can play Fornite on medium/high @ 1920x1080 with a consistent 60 FPS. This laptop as a refurb is a steal.
Great work group printer

Pros: Fast printing, Linux support (both open and closed), can hold a whole 500 page ream.
Cons: Takes a little while to turn on
Overall Review: Over all great printer
