Pros: Bang for the buck, a great card. I run HDMI straight from the PC to my HDTV and the sound and video quality are great.

Cons: With Windows Vista 64 I was having intermittent audio failure using the HDMI out. It would work fine, then it would suddenly show no audio device present for HDMI. I'd restart and voila - back in action. But since I upgraded to Windows 7 64, it has been flawless.

Pros: Amazing sound and reasonable price. It provides clean and clear power to my Polk speaker system with relatively easy set up. It also has lots of great sound options for different modes. This was a nice upgrade from my 5.1 Sony - I'd definitely recommend this receiver.

Cons: The only down-side for me so far is that the 4(in)/1(out) HDMI makes it so that you can't have simultaneously different audio from your video. So if you want to play PS3 and listen to music, you're out of luck.
