Great Case; But Not For The Faint Of Heart

DEEPCOOL Gamer Storm Genome ROG-ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 360mm liquid Cooling System Pre-installed, Aura RGB Lighting System
DEEPCOOL Gamer Storm Genome ROG-ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 360mm liquid Cooling System Pre-installed, Aura RGB Lighting System

Pros: -Absolutely Beautiful in every single way -Vertical Graphics Card Support -Amazing 360mm Water Cooler with a Stunning WaterBlock -Comes with really quiet and silent fans -Lots and lots of LEDs!!

Cons: -Came damaged in the mail.. Not too sure if it was dropped or if someone sat on it but the case is slightly bent, took a lot of force to get the graphics card into the vertical position because the holes would not line up. There is also a ding near the reset button that forces it stuck. The box itself came with a giant dent like someone punched it or drop kicked it -Cable Management WAS A CHORE. The open area beside where the motherboard rests basically leaves a giant viewing area for the badly placed RGB controller. You can practically see every cable coming from it.. This isn't too big of a deal, as I relocated it to the bottom of the case and was able to make it look cleaner, concealing the cables by using some vehicle wire tubing I had lying around.. This made the area look quite a bit cleaner! -EXPENSIVE! This Case is a bit on the pricey side EDIT: -The RGB 'ROG Certified' is kind of broken. Two out of three colors work, with blue being non-existent. This is quite a set back being this case set me back over $300, only for it to be shipped in a broken box, the case being quite bent, and now this. I can deal with it, even rig something up. The point is I shouldn't have to. I'm going to take one egg off for the lack of QC.

Overall Review: Besides those two cons, this case was a breeze to build in. This is definitely an enthusiast grade product . This case is absolutely breath taking to look at!

Upgraded from Kaveri FM2+ Platform

OEM Intel Core i3 i3-6100 Dual-core 3.70 GHz Processor LGA 1151
OEM Intel Core i3 i3-6100 Dual-core 3.70 GHz Processor LGA 1151

Pros: - Low TDP makes it easy to cool, running roughly 34C idle and 50C load with a 240mm water cooler - This CPU smashes Kaveri with flying colors, with a 30(ish)fps gain in Fallout 4 on Ultra

Cons: - Not exactly worth it for the price, to be honest. If you're wanting performance on a TIGHT budget, going the extra mile and opting for an i5 6400 - 6600 would have been the much better option. Gaming now-a-days requires at least 4-cores to run efficiently without the game slowing down. But it's your call.

Overall Review: - Probably should have kept saving up for an i5 or an i7 processor. This is, however, the best choice over the cheaper ( and sometimes more expensive) options, such as the FX series 4000-6000 (9000's are ok) and the FM2(+) platform.
