Pros: - Firm padding, comfortable if you like firm - The fully reclined position is VERY comfortable! Much better than a mere office chair - Frame and parts are strong - Very easy to assemble, took 20 minutes - Instruction manual is clear, simple, and straightforward

Cons: - My wife and I purchased a pair of these, and one of them had stitching on the back portion that was about 1/2 inch higher on one side than the other, giving the chair back an off-kilter appearance (as if the chair itself was leaning to one side)

Overall Review: - for the price, this is a great value for a good chair - use locktite (blue) once you have everything together, which means unscrewing each bolt one at a time to apply the locktite, then retightening each bolt. This will prevent any squeaks or loosening as the chair is broken in over the first month or so.
