Great drive! But RGB issues.
Pros: Great customer service. Easy install Good speeds
Cons: RGB. It looks decent, definitely has hot spots though. I can look at it an tell that there are 8 LEDs. I have an ASUS MoBo. In order to sync the LED to my system I had to download their software. Once I did that Aurora was able to pick up the M.2. BUT................................................. After I did that and ran a bench mark test, the SSD failed miserably... I'm talking like 5th percentile failed. Speeds dropped like crazy. My 2.5" SSD was out performing the M.2 by A LOT. I uninstalled the RGB software, did a reset and the SSD performed above expectations.
Overall Review: I had a major shipping issue. I live in the midwest, the company is in California. The SSD shipped from CA and landed in Boston, Ma. Where it took the shipping company to move it 90miles in the course of 48ish hours. I wrote the company and recommended never shipping with them again. The company reimbursed me for the troubles caused from shipping. No questions, no issues, no concerns except for making the customer happy. In short, good company and good product. Its a shame that I cant exactly sync the rgb with the system without sacrificing performance, but I will definitely do business with ADATA Technologies again. Nothing a little software patch cant fix for the RGB.
Pros: Push pull in a meshify C, 5800x, under full load never sees 80⁰.
Cons: A minor whistle when fans are 100% blasting. Not really loud enough to be a con. Also considering my fans never need to hit 100%, it's all good
Overall Review: You don't have to watercool a 5800x. I went from H2O to this. I don't regret it.
Pros: 1st build and I couldnt imagine a better Mobo. BIOS is easy to navigate, use, and check settings. Gets my 3600 close to the 4.2ghz with PBO enabled, and D.O.C.P is ready to go on the simple page of bios. I absolutely love my choice in motherboard.
Cons: Only con is that there is some minor issues with Armory Crate and Asus Aurora. Where it doesn't exactly load the profile and sometimes doesn't want to control. A reboot/restart usually fixes this.
Overall Review: To sum this board up. A buddy bought a pre-built gaming PC, and told me would not post. So im thinking power supply. I pull mine and try it with his. Nope fried mobo. I recommended this and he's going for it. So yes, I stand with my decision of choosing this board.
