Pros: Ordered on 1/7, had it shipped by FedEx. Received a G0 SLACR from CA warehouse. Dropped it into a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L, Put a Tuniq Tower on top, 2 sticks of G.Skill DDR2 800 RAM with the red spreaders and it booted right up. Installed Vista, went in the BIOS changed CPU frequency to 333, left multiplier at 9 and left the voltage on auto and my computer is SMOKING FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: NONE - ZERO CONS - I was an AMD man for years and now Intel has me back!!

Overall Review: For the past week, I have been doing my homework on this CPU and burning my eyes out on here staying up late and reading CPU and motherboard reviews. I am writing the review that I would have liked to see. If you are on the fence on what parts to buy, get the same ones that I listed above, I am well satisfied with my decision and I am glad I put the effort into the research to select these parts. Installation was a total breeze. The CPU is running cool with the Tuniq Tower. Maybe this summer I will switch to water cooing and have this puppy running at 3.6 or 4.0 - Always order from NewEgg! They are dependable, get it out of their warehouse and ship it right away, when you have to make a return there is never a problem. I have been buying all of my parts here for 3 years now.

Pros: Dual Core - Im running multiple IM programs, 5 to 10 Internet Exporer Windows, XNEWS and KaZaa, no slow downs AT ALL, My XP 3200+ would hiccup doing all that

Overall Review: I never write reviews. I also never had any luck with overclocking, until this CPU. I got this CPU and the BioStar T Force 6100-939 mobo, because it had intergrated graphics and I didnt have money for a new vid card at that time. This mobo has an auto overclock option in BIOS that I first tried today. It calls the option "12 Cylinder Extreme Performance" It jacked the speed up 2500MHZ no problem. Before writing this review I have played Quake 4 for an hour and also FEAR, the PC didnt blink. If you are like me and read reviews on somthing 50 times before you buy it - and you still aren't sure somtimes - dont be nervous! This is a great CPU, not just a great CPU for the money! I have not had any problems at all, but I also purchased the huge Zalman HSF with the heatpipes and the big orange fan. Best of Luck With yours and Happy New Year!
