Decent board for price
Pros: This board has lots of features for the price range.
Cons: This board requires a bios flash to fully support the Phenom II line of CPUs (I purchased this board for a Phenom II 940).
Overall Review: The board booted with the cpu before the flash, but did not recognize it and did not take full advantage of the features until the flash was completed.
What a ride!
Pros: Quad-core power in a very cool cpu. Windows 7 (x64 beta) and Ubuntu 8.10 (x64) run very efficiently with this cpu. Great price as well.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I am not partial to either cpu manufacturer. This CPU tests out better than any Intel chip I've built recently.
Big drive, small price.
Pros: This drive is quiet and cool. There's lots of space for my stuff.
Cons: None
A good technician's tool
Pros: This tool allows you to easily connect hard drives to a system for diagnostics or data retrieval without the hassle of installing the drive in a chassis or enclosure.
Cons: None
Overall Review: The cables are a little stiff and difficult to insert, but this may be because the device is new.
Turbo-Sweet 9000!
Pros: I have watched the temperature readings from this chip, and even under a heavy load (large sql database generation) it stays cool.
Cons: None
Overall Review: This chip is still new, so make sure the motherboard you're planning on using will support this chip.
Great choice!
Pros: The out-of-box setup is very simple, and the colors are fantastic. The low footprint gave me most of my desk back (I previously had a 19" tube). All necessary cables (read: DVI) are included in the box, so no extra purchases are necessary.
Cons: The on-screen interface is a bit awkward, compounded by the buttons being on the bottom of the display. There is no height adjustment, only tilt.
Overall Review: The cons list is short and trivial. For the price, you can't get a better display.
