Pros: I needed mainly to update my front panel USB 2.0 inputs to 3.0. This was an easy install, it occupied the space of a former vintage floppy disc. Works great, and the price is right.

Update RMA bad memory card1/28/2014 8:28:10 AM

Pros: Customer service replied to my earlier review. They replaced my defective memory card with a similar new one. It took about 10 days to receive it.

Cons: Had to buy padded envelope to RMA the defective memory. Had to mail it with traceable tracking, otherwise Gskill is not responsible if not received. Hope this memory lasts longer than a few months.

Overall Review: It took 3 days to receive the RMA authorization. By the high ammount of reviews complaining that the memory card becomes unrecognaizable, I would buy a different brand. Not worth the effort to RMA to replace. I updated my earlier review of 1 star to 3 star for good customer service.

With regards to RMA, it is not completely necessary to buy a padded envelope, but more importantly the card should be protected from any physical damage during shipping. This protection measure can be done without spending money. The most cost effective shipping method is USPS First Class w/ Tracking. With a tracking number, it is your proof that something was sent. Comments: Received this Motherboard last week together with a Celeron D 2.4 Ghz and 512 Kingston memory DDR400. Quick and efficient delivery by Newegg as always, included all the extra gifts, they are the best!! I assembled my case with all the components, system would POST but would freeze when installing Windows or Linux upon setup hardware recognition. After 3 days I wrote to Asrock tech service but they had no clue. Finally discovered that disabling the Difer Function in BIOS solved the problem. I have the system running for 2 days now, 53C, no problems. Thank you Newegg, buy online only from them, they're the best (hope this for a long time).

Comments: Very happy with my operation. Ordered drive 7/8 and received it on 7/14 by Fedex, box was slightly crushed but contents OK. Installed the drive and burned 2 DVD's without problems. Silent and fast. Very satisfied with Newegg and will do business with them in the future.
