Pros: Worked for a while, its a drive...if it's doing its job you don't really pay it much attention.

Cons: Bad disk a little over 9 months in. Had a power outage and unable to boot my linux os from this drive anymore. I couldn't fsck it in linux and smartctl is showing it as failing. It then became unmountable. However, they are honoring the warranty and I'll be getting a replacement soon so that makes me happy.
