Pros: Small, light, solid hardware and it's upgradeable (SSD, RAM & Wifi can be removed and upgraded if desired).

Cons: None

Overall Review: I'm very impressed with this laptop. What an excellent value! As a note, I was able to successfully upgrade RAM to 20GB (by installing a 16GB RAM module). The full 20 GB upgrade is recognized at both the BIOS and Windows level.

Most Critical Review

Good looking but marginal Power Supply

Broadway Com Corp 1243MA-BLACK Glossy black Steel ATX Mini Tower Computer Case 500W Power Supply
Broadway Com Corp 1243MA-BLACK Glossy black Steel ATX Mini Tower Computer Case 500W Power Supply

Pros: Very attractive case. Good case cooling

Cons: As noted in other reviews, the power supply is a dud. Physically, it is very lightweigt for a 500 W P/S, which I suspect betrays underlying cheap electronics. Mine failed after 2 weeks. Didn't even bother with warranty replacement, as I would not use this P/S in a system for myself, let alone one for a customer

Great Product, Simple & Easy to configure / use.

ORICO Tool Free 2.5 inch USB 3.0 SATA External Hard Drive Enclosure for 2.5" SATA HDD and SSD Support UASP and 8TB Drive Max -Black

Pros: Great Price, Solid Construction, only one USB cable required (cable is supplied)

Cons: None

Overall Review: I had a problem with the drive I was using, NOT the ORICO. Drive came from a Win 10 laptop, thus had active Win 10 partitions ("C" plus multiple hidden partitions). Drive/ORICO DID NOT work on my older desktop PC. It DID WORK on my much newer Laptop. The problem when attempting to connect to the older machine, due to the active WIN 10 partitions on the drive. So I deleted the active Win10 partitions by connecting via the ORICO USB to my newer laptop. I then used control panel - administrative tools - computer management - storage - disk management - to delete all partitions on the drive (rt. click on the partitions, then "delete"). Next I quick formatted the blank drive with NTFS (rt. click on the blank drive, while still in control panel - administrative tools - computer management - storage - disk management), then click "format" and use the default options. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WORKING ON THE CORRECT DRIVE! The drive then worked magnificently in the ORICO, in both my older and newer systems. Above is a good procedure overall if your drive was previously the system drive in another device (i.e. laptop). This way, you clear all of the partitions (including the hidden ones), and start with a "pristine" drive.

Great Deal

Pros: Great Deal, Very Nice. ASUS quality. Laptop power in netbook size. I got lucky. Refurb. tag on mine says it's a model x202e. I also got mine right before Newegg jacked up the price. I paid $269 - what a deal!

Cons: None

Excellant Value

Microsoft Wireless Desktop 2000 for Business P7K-00001 Black 104 Normal Keys USB RF Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard & Mouse
Microsoft Wireless Desktop 2000 for Business P7K-00001 Black 104 Normal Keys USB RF Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard & Mouse

Pros: Very nice keyboard & mouse. Many pre-programmed keys, and 5 keys you can assign macros of filenames to. Solid construction. Ergonomic. Nice feel. Very easy to set up.

Cons: Could not find a sleep button on the keyboard. Overcame this by programming one of the keys to call the sleep command line code

Overall Review: I spent hours pouring over Newegg reviews for wireless keyboard/mouse combos under $40. Picked this keyboard as reviews seemed to be the best overall. Worked out great! I am very pleased with this keyboard/mouse.

An awful Experience

Would not recommend. Non-Existent customer service. Item not as described. "Linksys Direct", is not Linksys, but Belkin, which is now apparently a subsidiary of Linksys, masquerading as "Linksys-Direct"
