Pros: Speed of the device is very high. It's wicked fast. Boots a 17" MBP w/ 16GB of RAM in < 13 seconds. Apps open instantly. I am very happy with this drive.

Cons: The price is high, but its a new piece of technology - we're still funding R&D for it. TRIM support is disabled by default. Simply Google enabling TRIM support and you'll find some terminal commands you enter into Terminal (Mac OS X Lion Only).

Overall Review: Would I recommend this drive? Yes. I used Blackmagic Disk Speed Test and got a score around 260MB/s on a 5GB stress. My 5400RPM scored around 60MB/s and the 7200RPM scored around 96MB/s. Four 7200RPMs in RAID 0 will score around 120MB/s. So - it's considerably faster!
