Good power supply, stiff cabling. Unresponsive support staff

Pros: This PSU works as expected and I'm enjoying the full modular feature.

Cons: Within the last few days I've noticed that the fan has made a clicking noise, like perhaps a bearing is going out. As this is past the return policy with Newegg, I submitted an RMA with Seasonic. I have not received a confirmation that my RMA is being processed by Seasonic, so I engaged their online support chat feature, which I had to leave a message for since it doesn't ever seem to be staffed. I'm still waiting for a response regarding my RMA from Seasonic. It has been about 3 days since I submitted the first RMA.

Overall Review: Be wary of support, they seem unresponsive to customer requests.
