Love it

Pros: Big, great picture, good value. My 10 year old 36" tube TV was finally giving out, so I started looking around for a replacement. WOW!! What a difference. I spent a lot of time researching and comparison shopping when I finally found what I was looking for at Newegg. Lets see...great TV...lowest price...no tax...free shipping...and delivered into the middle of my family room floor all at the click of a mouse. Who could ask for more? For my family room, the size is perfect. Any larger and it would be overwhelming.
Cons: Well, the speakers suck. Good for listening to the news, but that is about it.
Overall Review: I debated spending the extra money for a 120 hz TV. After living with the set for a couple of months, I'm glad I did not spend the extra money. Also, make sure to have access to HD content from your cable provider. Standard content does not do this TV justice.
Stay Away!

Pros: Fast. (When it works)
Cons: I bought this in May 2011. It failed the 1st time in December 2011 when the BIOS would not recognize the drive. I went through the OCZ RMA process which was fairly painless other than the amount of time to get a replacement. The replacement failed in May 2012 in the same way. Fortunately, I kept my trusty Raptor as a backup and I have a fairly recent image of the SSD. I also have another mechanical drive for data only as I learned this lesson the hard way a long time ago. Based on my experience and from what I've read about the Vertex 2 series, OCZ has a real problem with this drive and they need to fix it. I'm just starting the RMA process again, so I will update this post with any problems I encounter. Even with all of the precautions I've taken to insulate myself from drive failures, It will still cost me a few hours to get back to normal.
Overall Review: OCZ. I assume you read these reviews. Do the right thing and fix the problem. I paid good money for this drive, so please don't send me (and others) another remanufactured SSD with the same bug that will fail again in a couple of months. I used to think OCZ was high quality, but now I'm not so sure.
Best value per GB

Pros: Love it. I can't imagine ever running out of space since it is so huge. I purchased with some reluctance due to the number of bad reviews, but most of them were due to RAID problems. I don't do RAID (because it is just a false sense of data security), so I wasn't worried. Newegg has a great return policy, so I wasn't worried about DOA. I plugged it in, formatted and partitioned, and it has been working flawlessly ever since. IMHO, the best system configuration is a Raptor for programs (Speed!), the 1.5TB for data (huge and cheap) and an offsite backup service for data security. RAID won't help for fires, floods and other mischief.
Cons: OK Newegg, listen up. The packing was horrible. Fix this problem. I knew it was a bare drive, so I wasn't expecting much, but come on. It came in fairly small box. When I opened it, there was my drive sitting on top of a couple of those air filled bladders. The drive was pressed up against the top of the box by the bladders and was free to move around from side to side. Absolutely NO protection whatsoever. I could see the sharp corners of the drive had cut through the anti-static bag from all of the shock. The drive still worked however which is a testament to the drive's durability. Newegg, you must be paying a fortune in RMA's not to mention angry customers. Pack it better and cut the price by $20 from all of the RMA's you will avoid.
