Pros: Works great! Installation was simple and fast. Plenty of onboard fan controllers & SATA ports. Everything works great! The board isn't too flimsy. Pins and connectors were easy to find. The manual actually matched the board as far as labeling. The BIOS Utility is easy enough and graphical. I never OC anything (don't fix what ain't broke theory), so if you are in the business of tweaking, I can't help you there. However, it seems to have easy menus for navigating through the beginner (essential) tasks. For the price, I highly recommend this mobo. The last two mobos I had were ASUS and MSI. Both are still running today, but have ALWAYS given me problems (LAN drivers corrupting, USB ports disabled, bad support). This mobo is solid in construction. The capacitors and layout are nice. There is even a debugging LED called "Dr. Debug" to indicate error codes on the mobo.
Cons: At first installation the USB ports did not recognize my USB keyboard and mouse (it did in the BIOS, but not the OS). After a few minutes and plugging them in various ports, it finally recognized them. The driver installation disk has an easy install ALL feature. I don't recommend using it. Pick and choose what you want or you will end up installing Norton AV software that is ALWAYS a pain to remove.
Overall Review: Hopefully, in 6 months I will be able to return here and update my review. I am hearing good things about this fairly new company. I am taking a gamble by buying this mobo. So far, I am highly impressed with the level of easy, the installation guide and the quality for the price.
Nice for the price!
Pros: This was a great buy! The cpu/apu installed easily. My Windows 7 OS recognized the MB (another review) and I was up and running in about an hour (driver installation took the longest). Did the Windows Experience Index: Processor: 7.3 Graphics: 6.7 I am running World of Warcraft and without any additional video cards; it runs smoothly at 40+ FPS on "Good" setting. I plan on buying another card to Crossfire later and bump up the settings. Temp: 47C with WoW running (I used factory fan with factory thermal tape/paste) Sys Specs: AMD A8-3850 ASRock A75 PRO4 Mobo Old/sloppy WD 320 ATA HD with sata connector No CD or DVD No Floppy
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: Runs great! No plans to OC (if it ain't broke, don't fix it).
