Pros: Works on Vista Ultimate 32 bit using Vista's built in drivers. I did not have to use the xp drivers or applets that came with this product! No clicks or pops on the audio!

Overall Review: Upgraded an old Panasonic CF-W2 laptop to Vista and the internal sound card does not produce audio. I used this AOC USB-Audio as the external sound card. Keep in mind this product only has Line out (am using it w/ headphones) and NO Mic in!
