pretty bad
ELEGOO Neptune 4 FDM 3D Printer
Pros: functioned well for a couple of months fast printing speed decent volume easy setup
Cons: terrible product support upkeep is constant firmware update from eleego bricks the printer entirely supported slicer is always out of date tension cables liable to break within a month of use
Overall Review: it just isnt worth it as someones first printer, better to stick with crealitys, enders and prusas

Cons: constant disconnections have to change ports for some reason every 4 days connection is very shoddy shipping is a nightmare as i never received it until they sent me a replacement has very limited range about 10 feet at most

Bad seller
Yeah so on the page it clearly stated that the cpu would come with the wraith cooling spire as well as thermal paste and other basic things. however they only send the chip itself and the chip i recieved had bent pins that i aligned manually and then realized it probably wouldnt work normally or at all due to this shady supplyer. dont fall for this shtick spend a little more to guarentee what you recieve.
