Pros: cost

Cons: I won't buy from Transcend again. I had one of these could never figure out why it didn't work So I finally looked up return policy.and I sent it back to them after getting an RMA. Then sent it back to me with a white sticker with a red arrow on it pointing to where there was physical damage. What the arrow pointed at was a very slightly scuffed corner! For all I know she took it out of the envelope rubbed it on the table once and put an arrow there. It would have cost less in terms of customer satisfaction and postage if she just sent me a replacement.

Pros: Nice size and waterproof. Came with nice headphones too.

Cons: The down volume key on it did not work and did get my money back after saying I would contact credit card co, but not before.

It didn't work and I haven't been able to return it. No response from customer service. I am going to have to make it a disputed charge with my credit card company
