Pros: Works great with my 3970x.. All I turned on was XMP and PBO and it's been flawless so far.

Cons: No problems whatsoever with my build.

Overall Review: This thing is heavy with all the heatsinks and the back plate. I just love it. Looks great and has amazing features for TRX40 including dual Intel 10Gbe LAN. To reply to another review, I put 4 sabrent gen4 1TB drives on the Addin card and CrytalDiskMark shows over 15,500MB/s seq reads and writes which was as expected. I'm using Trident Z Royal 3200 C14 (4x16 = 64GB) which was on the QVL.
