Cons: After 5 days my USB port stopped working, but after ~1 week of investigating on my own while waiting for a response, I got a useless response but kept the phone b/c it seemed to work most of the time. About a month after that (conveniently past return date) phone was effectively locked in 'Do not disturb' regardless of settings, CAT claimed they may replace phone if I ship back the one I have, but do not guarantee it or provide any solution for transferring data or an alternative to doing without a phone for weeks if not months while they investigate.
