Pros: Works great, been installed for around a month now and there have never been any problems.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: This drive is exceptionally fast, when it works, but it's a very finicky item.

Cons: This drive is so new to the market that even boards with M.2 support have issues recognizing the drive, and even after you get an OS installed they still may decide not to boot to it. It really seemed hit or miss for me when I tried it out. Sometimes it would boot fine, other times it would fail. Sometimes I could install windows on the drive with 0 problems, other times windows wouldn't even recognize the drive with 0 BIOS changes between tries. I think M.2 is the future, but unfortunately the support still doesn't seem there for this.
