Overall Review: I ordered this understanding that it came READY TO USE however it did not. The one I got came with version 1 build 0818 firmware, which DOES NOT support EPUB or PDB file formats. Tried repeatedly to update, and it repeatedly failed. Foxit offered to update the item for me, but I am far too annoyed now to bother. RMA in process. I have been a loyal customer of newegg for years and this has become a dealbreaker, since the site has proven to not be trustworthy. My husband has one of these and I know how well it works with the new firmware, hence the 4 star review. Shortfall is on the site's shoulders.
