Pros: Came exactly as advertised. Added a 1TB drive and loaded Win Server 2008R2 on the 500GB drive supplied with the unit. Downloaded a few drivers from Dell and it was off to the races. Using this as a Virtual Machine server on my domain. Packaging was extremely good!!!
