Bought this specifically for Star Wars: The Old Republic
Pros: I have the 460m in my i7 laptop, and it could push swtor at 60fps, so i grabbed this card knowing it was budget friendly and more then capable. so far i have played BF3-Ultra, MW2-Max,Black Ops-Max, skyrim, wow, GTA, L4D2. everything has been flawless. and for what i bought it for which was star wars the old republic i get 100fps (80avg) in non combat, and 60(avg) fps in combat.
Cons: Shadows, not sure if it's the games or the cards limitations, but the shadows seem jagged, blocky, usually i kill shadows in all my games just because it's a 20fps loss.
Overall Review: When i first installed this on my motherboard (i was doing a new build) the system wouldn't boot, i removed it re-installed it and everything has been flawless. Also if you visit EVGA's website and download the "Percision" application there are a grip of overclocking features, and on screen display overlays you can uitilize. a forum search will give you guidlines on overclocking. Also as stated before this is v2.0
It's trash....Didn't even last a year.
Pros: Well starting off, it was nicely priced and performed well... but had i known it wouldn't last in the long run i would have reconsidered.
Cons: Had it just under a year when it started to give artifacts in swtor, MoH:WarFighter, GW2, and more. I am not sure if it is just poor manufacturing on PowerColors part or what, but for the price i really expected to get more then a year of use out of it. I try to be a bit frugal with my money so i want to get the most value and bang for my buck, and particularly reliability, i get none of this from this product. Hell, i can't even get to the company website half the time to complain because it often is down.
Overall Review: save your money go with a better known company, get a better built product, and a better customer support, and PR department that will put some effort into establishing themselves as a reliable company.
