Overall Review: Stay away from Acer. Bought this as an Xmas gift. the recipient is a light user meaning email, browsing and MS Office apps. right away error messages displayed from an ACER application. I think it was for a file synch but in any case we weren't going to use the feature so i uninstalled it. Now we get intermittent application crashes (iTunes). since we passed the return policy I'll have to deal with Acer or correct issues on my own. I've owned my Toshiba Satellite for years without issue.
