Pros: Its a Dell business model laptop. Its great and since it runs win11 I can use it for some time to come.

Cons: I ordered this unit on sale. It said it was shipped. It never left the warehouse. I called and chatted with various representatives. The investigation began. I said ship me another one. They said sorry they were out of stock and sent me a refund a week later. The next day they were back and on sale but at a higher price. This is the first time Ive ever been disappointed in Newegg
