Pros: Price for sure. A 4K UHD for under $500. I was willing to take the risk and I am pleased with it thus far.

Cons: It's an off brand I had never heard of, so it was a risk I thought.

Overall Review: I literally ordered this from newegg at 11 a.m. on Friday and it was on my door step at 11 a.m. Saturday. I'm a mailman and I could not believe how quickly they got it here. No expedited shipping or anything. All in one piece. Well done, FedEx.

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: It lasted less than 3 months. When you boot it works for about 15 seconds then dies. Save your money, it's junk.

Overall Review: There's a reason why it has a 30 limited return policy. It will barely make it past 30 days before it dies.

Pros: I set this up for my elderly parents (don't tell them I called them elderly). I needed something easy to understand and not too complicated as I'm their tech support and I live 200 miles away. It came on time and was packed well. I did not see any visible damage and everything worked. The wireless keyboard was wonky. @ key and " keys are marked incorrectly, see photos. I told them if they have trouble with that they can just plug in their old wired keyboard. I personally did not care for the wireless keyboard. The left Shift key is too small and I kept missing it. However, I type much quicker than they do, so it should be OK for them. Otherwise, I was happy with this purchase.

Overall Review: For a basic machine it is sufficient. My 80+ year old parents aren't playing Call of Duty on it, so it works for what they need. Price point was good for them.
