Overall Review: DON'T try to take it apart, like some have done! It's waterproof & plugs in as is. Just shove it into a USB port

Cons: outputs a code which does not exist in the manual, their website or in any searches. I have emailed them twice asking for a definition of said code, & they never even acknowledged the emails. Without their response, this is just junk, because it appears to be an error code rather than a trouble code or diagnostic code.
