Pros: Worked perfectly out of the box. As ordered and as expected. I purchased 2 on the same order and both were perfect. Service was excellent (24 to 48 hour email turn around). After I botched some of my changes, I got clear and easy to follow directions to reinstall Windows from the recovery partition which worked great to. Very happy with my purchase.

Cons: The drive mounting holes in the unit I received didn't come even close to allowing me to install the Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD5000AAKB 500GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA100 Hard Drive - OEM that I purchased along with it. I wasn't willing to try drilling my own mounting holes.

Overall Review: returning to and credit from NewEgg were easy. Ended up mounting the drive internally, and it works great!
