Pros: Impressive image performance. This S-PVA panel puts my HP w2207h's TN panel to shame. Zero dead or stuck pixels.

Cons: Very shoddy packing...easily the worst I have ever seen. Monitor shipped in large brown box with one 1" Styrofoam sheet and three of those air-filled plastic bags for padding. Back of monitor panel and stand are scratched from bouncing around in the box, I presume. One corner of panel is cracked with a small chip missing. Quick release mechanism tab was completely broken off, so while the stand is usable it cannot be locked to the panel. Backlight usage is well over 5,000 hours.

Overall Review: I have usually had good luck with refurbished buys, but this one not so much. The monitor looks more like used equipment. I see no evidence of any "refurbishing". Since my only recourse is return for replacement, I am reluctantly keeping it. I am afraid I may end up in worse shape if I choose to not keep this one.
