the fastest
Pros: The fastest cpu I have seen so far from AMD and I have owned quite a few. It benches in everest ultimate edition and wins on the 4 memory tests and beats teh core duo 2 on some and comes close to it on others. Great cpu--keeps good temps considering the clockspeed and that my case is a jungle becuause of all the cords from the psu.
Cons: None that I can think of, they provide a nice copper piped heatsink with this--I wish they did with the 9500+.
Overall Review: Great cpu nice and fast, its amazing.
good pad
Pros: Good size, absorbs palm sweat well. Nice pad.
Cons: Peels way too fast, my arm rests on corner and it is peeling bad. They could have taken the time to sew around the edge to make it never peel, so I am a bit miffed by that. My mouse has tiny cloth particles inside of it too so it appears it sheds a bit. If they sewn around the edges of this pad I would give it 5 stars no doubt. No reason for me to have it peeling already because of my arm.
performs great and easy to set up
Pros: The performance is great. It is a thin solid laptop not bulky. The specs are good. Lenovo makes their support site easy to use and you can use their tool to scan your laptop for the appropriate drivers and to install updates including the bios and other firmware. Happy I bought the laptop it is cheaper than buying a new video card for my desktop
Cons: Could have provided a flash key with the operating system for recovery with the laptop.
Overall Review: good deal, it has dedicated video card memory as well as 16gb of system ram and two hardrives so plenty of storage. with the accidental damage insurance I feel pretty good about reliability.
great motherboard
Pros: Good features, you can extend video card to more than one, it has usb 3.0 that can be in the front, the esata, heck even legacy ps/2 support. I really like how they have a separate plug for all the front chords for the case for the power and reset and led and hardrive leds--makes it simple to plug all that in because you plug those chords into that one plug that fits across all the pins on the board---that is NICE!! I am not so nimble with my finger tips haha. Being able to use the mouse in the BIOS makes it easy. Board turned on and ran from the get-go with no need to reset the cmos or anything. has a button on the board so you can get into the bios that way too. Good board.
Cons: None at the moment, in the past I have had some issues with Asus tech support-not all but sometimes I have had some unsatisfactory interactions---but no business is exempt from an employee that is that way. But the Asus products that i have not had issues with in the past have lasted long enough to where I did not need to contact Asus, the only times in the past i have had to contact Asus were over Memory compatibility issues and driver support--in the past they had drivers that would download at a real turtle speed and i contacted t hem looking for a faster link.
nice :D
Pros: Had to get another psu from the bad coolmax and I should have gotten the Thermaletake to begin with. Works great and all the Chords are set up nice and I like the flat design. I have had Thermaltakes in the past and you can't beat 7 year warranty.
Cons: Price is a bit high but the warranty makes up for it.
Good cpu
Pros: Great performance for $99.00. Reliable and fast.
Cons: idle at 47, ran prime95 for 10 minutes and it never went above 55c, that's not a negative, but they state that max temp is 62C which I won't worry about until or if it ever hit 70C. But if 62c would be the max and since I don't overclock having it idle at 47c and full load at 55c seems a bit high. However, I am not worried about it, it is not running in the 60's anyways.
Overall Review: the heatsink that came with this cpu has coolermaster brand on it, didn't know coolermaster made heatsinks for amd cpus.
