Almost perfect

Pros: -Simple setup -Elegant UI -Relatively quiet -Flexible drive management -Lots of 'apps' installed
Cons: -Didn't work with my external USB drive attached to it -Wasn't able to use Time Machine to backup my Mac (OSX Lion) with installed DSM 3.1 (Synology admits incompatibility).
Overall Review: The DS411J is very easy to setup. I just plugged all the drives in and setup the volumes and raid and it was good to go. I'm very pleased with the Synology unit after having used WHS and other NAS boxes.
Awesome

Pros: This is one fast card! No problems with setting it up either.
Cons: None
Overall Review: This card allowed me to crank all my FPS games to max settings.
Best consumer scanner

Pros: Fast, reliable, and robust. That's more than I can say about the 4-5 other scanners I've owned in the past. Also, the jam recovery on this scanner is simple and awesome.
Cons: Fujitsu's drivers aren't updated as quickly/frequently as some other manufacturers.
Overall Review: I've had to contact Fujitsu customer service a few times regarding their drivers and their commitment to helping is remarkably good. Their techs speak good English and in fact are based in the SF Bay Area (for scanners at least). In fact, I've had a tech actually call me back when they said they would. Who does that anymore?
Awesome

Pros: Too many people mistakenly think this drive is supposed to be a small SSD with a large capacity mechanical drive thrown in. This isn't what this drive is meant to be. It's a mechanical hard drive with a 4GB SSD to help speed up frequently accessed data. And in that capacity, it's an awesome drive and is faster than any 7200rpm laptop drive currently on the market.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: The slight cost premium of this drive over standard mechanical laptop drives is well worth it. I highly recommend this drive for people like me who are waiting on the sidelines for pure SSD drives to be more reasonably priced.
Great quality

Pros: This is a well-built and higher quality unit than most of the cheap 2.5" drive enclosures on the market. The design is simple and robust with a nice fit and finish.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: It's great that they don't overlook little details like providing extra screws. The simple blue light 'bar' in the front for drive activity looks really nice and not obnoxiously bright like in a lot of over enclosures.
Finally

Pros: It's amazingly fast! The paper jam and overlapping page sensor works really well and the easy access door makes it easy to recover from such jams. I've so far scanned many thousands of documents and magazines (with the binding cut off) and am extremely pleased with the overall performance.
Cons: It's kind of expensive (but worth every penny).
Overall Review: I've been trying to achieve my dream of a near-paperless home/office for over a decade but there has never been a product that has worked as quickly, easily, and reliably as this ScanSnap scanner.
