ORICO 2598SUS3 Dual High Speed Interface USB 3.0 & eSATA to 2.5" SATA Hard Drive Aluminum Enclosure(Tool-Free Installation) - Silver
ORICO 2598SUS3 Dual High Speed Interface USB 3.0 & eSATA to 2.5" SATA Hard Drive Aluminum Enclosure(Tool-Free Installation) - Silver

Pros: Very stable. I switched over to an ssd on my laptop and am using this enclosure with easyBCD to boot over esata. Win7 does not like booting over usb2.0 without some modifications Booted and ran it for about 6 hours without the system ever lagging or dropping the connection. Much better than my old enclosure.

Cons: None really, see other thoughts.

Overall Review: I would have liked the enclosure better if it used powered esata (eSATAp). I found a drive online that uses a combo eSATAp with usb3.0, but I don't think that is an official standard. Having both the eSATAp and an USB slot taken up is a bit annoying.

Samsung Galaxy S Glide SGH-I927 Unlocked Cell Phone w/ QWERTY Keyboard / 4.0" Super AMOLED Touchscreen 4.0" Black
Samsung Galaxy S Glide SGH-I927 Unlocked Cell Phone w/ QWERTY Keyboard / 4.0" Super AMOLED Touchscreen 4.0" Black

Pros: Fast Tegra 2 process, okay physical keyboard, bright display, nice camera, custom roms available

Cons: Unstable. The phone some times does not receive phone calls. I guess somehow the antenna gets turned off during idle. Stock rom causes the screen dying issue many reviewers have stated before me. Flashed the AT&T ICS rom and that somehow fixed the problem (no idea how software fixes a hardware issue, maybe different voltage levels?) Screen rotation some time breaks when flashing roms or restoring from backups. As many have said before, this is the i727R, not the AT&T i727. It seems that the Canadian Roger's version has some quality control issues. My phone also locked after flashing a new rom. This shows that the seller did a software hack to get the radio band unlock instead of an official unlock code from the carrier... At least we do have options to get the carrier unlock code. I talked to newegg about this, they simply told me to contact the seller... You would think that Newegg would stand behind the products on their site. I have had great experiences with Newegg before, and this experience should not be be acceptable by their standard.

Overall Review: At this point, I would recommend going with the Samsung Galaxy S2 over this. You can get it used for a comparable price and it is faster. If you want a physical keyboard, go with the Droid 3 or Droid 4. Unfortunately these need to flash a radio image to get them working with US carriers unless you get the XT860 (GSM version of the droid 3)

Good ram

Pros: It works and is fast.

Cons: Nothing as of yet

Excellent tiny computer

Intel NUC BOXD54250WYKH1 Mini / Booksize Barebone System
Intel NUC BOXD54250WYKH1 Mini / Booksize Barebone System

Pros: Small, quiet, fast. Lots of usb ports, hdmi, and displayport.

Cons: Not silent since it has a fan, and can get slightly loud on high load. It would be awesome to see a fanless broadwell version of this. Only has a single combo 3.5mm jack for audio.

Overall Review: Make sure to get at least 8GB of ram. Originally using only 4GB felt a bit laggy. Would like to see intel bring back the thunderbolt port or get usb4.0 when it comes out

Adhesion is too strong

iOttie Easy Flex 3 Car Mount Holder for iPhone 5/5C/5S/6/6S/SE, Galaxy S5/S6/S7, S6/S7edge - Black

Pros: Looks nice, compact, and the button lock mechanism is cool.

Cons: The gel adhesive on the suction cup is too strong. Like another reviewer stated, it stick on very well, and then is almost impossible to remove. When removing mine, the gel literally tore itself apart. They could fix this problem by using a smaller gel diameter to allow the suction hold to do more work, and use a thinner layer of the get so that it will not move within itself.

Overall Review: This is a nice product, but the gel adhesion is poorly engineered / tested. Lost $4 (33%) on shipping the defective product back to Newegg.
