Pros: Enterprise-class drive. Very fast 15K RPM, Average Latency 2ms, small form factor 2.5. These drives have fast read /write speeds with sustained transfer rates at 200 MB/s. Even the failure rate on these drives is very low. I'm a systems engineer for IT dept. at a large health benefits company. We use these drives in alot of our servers and they are highly reliable and are very fast. If you are serious about needing high performance and reliable data storage, then these are the drives for you.

Cons: None really. The drive works as designed.

Overall Review: The first reviewer obviously doesn't have the knowledge of enterprise class hard drives. Never post a review to hardware you don't understand what it even is or how it works. The first reviewer review was quite silly if you ask me.
