Awesome Mobo!

ASUS Rampage IV Extreme LGA 2011 Intel X79 USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS Rampage IV Extreme LGA 2011 Intel X79 USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Incredible product! Works exactly as it should right out of the box. OC capabilities are extremely easy. One of the best bios's I've ever worked with. Very well planned board for space!

Cons: No IDE connection (can't plug in my old IDE) haha! Seriously though, no cons so far!

Overall Review: The only thing I halfway dislike about this board is the ROG OC Key connection - it's a bit cheap looking, but not that big a deal

Choose another brand or a different cooling solution

Enermax Liqtech TR4 360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, Support 500W+TDP and Overclocking, AMD Socket TR4 Ready, ELC-LTTR360-TBP
Enermax Liqtech TR4 360 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, Support 500W+TDP and Overclocking, AMD Socket TR4 Ready, ELC-LTTR360-TBP

Pros: It fits TR4 cpu's

Cons: From the beginning I had problems with this cooler. The first cooler was busted open in the box it was shipped in and had leaked coolant everywhere. Sent that unit back and got another. The second unit is extremely inconsistent with temperatures. Ambient temp where the computer resides is around 23c, yet the cpu temp with this cooler is normally around 65c and reaches up to 89c while idle. I have yet to put any kind of strain on this system because of fear that it will get too hot. I've attempted to do an RMA this time around with the second unit, but Enermax wants me to send them the unit BEFORE receiving another. This is not a good solution. Other manufacturers have an RMA process that holds your credit card info and send you another replacement before you have to send the defective one back. Going without a cpu cooler for two weeks while I wait for a replacement is not an option as the computer in use is for business. Update - After contacting the RMA department on the phone, Enermax does accept an advance process in which they put a hold on your credit card in order to ship out a replacement unit before sending back the defective one. However, they also charge a $20 non-refundable shipping fee for the replacement unit. So not only do I have to pay shipping for the new unit, I also have to pay for the return shipping. This means I'm out around $40 to replace a piece of trash cooling system. I Not acceptable. If you have to replace one of these, which you will likely need to do if you waste your money on it like me, go to a local store that carries it and swap out units for a replacement. Then return the defective unit to the store, and that store will charge Enermax the return fee for a defective unit instead of you. Enermax does not deserve to be in business!

Overall Review: Stay away from Enermax! The products are trash and their support is even worse!

Sweet Processor!

Intel Core i7-3930K - Core i7 3rd Gen Sandy Bridge-E 6-Core 3.2GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 2011 130W Desktop Processor - BX80619i73930K
Intel Core i7-3930K - Core i7 3rd Gen Sandy Bridge-E 6-Core 3.2GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 2011 130W Desktop Processor - BX80619i73930K

Pros: Incredibly fast, even at stock speeds! Eats through demanding processes without any hesitation.

Cons: Expensive, especially considering it comes with NO cooling fan. But in all reality, who's going to buy this and put a cheap fan on it???

Nice CPU Cooler

CORSAIR Hydro Series H100 (CWCH100) Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
CORSAIR Hydro Series H100 (CWCH100) Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Pros: Nice little cpu cooler. Does what it's supposed to do. No worrying about the maintenance, which is very nice coming from a custom loop!

Cons: Doesn't perform quite as well as I expected, and nothing close to a good custom loop (but that's expected). Installation instructions are kind of moronic, but figured out easily enough. Fans can be loud, especially during start-up and high setting!

Overall Review: Plan on purchasing the Commander Link to see if there's any difference in performance.

EVGA Rocks!

EVGA GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card 012-P3-1570-AR
EVGA GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card 012-P3-1570-AR

Pros: Great vid cards! Bought two for SLI config. Graphic performance is quite impressive! So far there's nothing they can't handle on max settings.

Cons: Would have bought the 680 cards if they had a lifetime warranty, but none do.

Great earbuds!

Sennheiser CX 475 3.5mm Connector In-Ear Noise Blocking Headphone
Sennheiser CX 475 3.5mm Connector In-Ear Noise Blocking Headphone

Pros: Great sound from such tiny earbuds! Bass is impressive, and sound clarity rocks! Noise cancellation is very nice too - blocks out all the unwanted office noise during the day.

Cons: None
