Cons: Extremely heavy Insanely disappointing quality control: The flight case itself arrived damaged Internal aluminium panels were not properly installed and were left loose inside the case Included PWM hubs arrived with the top covers stuffed along the case seam, exposing the PCB. Installation screws were missing as well Front panel USB C port was damaged Front panel labels were printed onto the case misaligned Mid chassis plates arrived knocked out of place Multiple scratches around and inside of the case Top panel metal mesh was bent and did not align properly Included tool box with all the screws arrived open, with the loose screws everywhere in the case Felt like I received a returned, defective, open box product for US$899

Overall Review: All of this for a $899 case. To say that it was extremely disappointed would be an understatement at the least. To see the top of the line 'elite' Phanteks case arrive in such a condition does not grant confidence in the rest of their product line. To top it all off, now I have to lug this 50kg case back to a shipping office myself to ship it back to Newegg. Just go with a CaseLabs product if you're willing to spend this amount of money on a case.
