Had for a year and a half now, no problems except for short battery life

Overall Review: Great aside from a short battery life
Started out as a decent laptop but has quite a few issues

Pros: A great and powerful laptop especially for this price of $400 - $430. You would be hardpressed to find a laptop with a better CPU + GPU combination in this price range
Cons: After 2 years, here are the problems i've run into 1) The charger is awkward to handle as the end that plugs into the outlet has a large block on it making it hard to plug into crowded outlets or loose outlets 2) Pretty impossible to increase/decrease the volume using the keys using one hand 3) Hard to find the arrow keys without having to look at the keyboard because they blend in too well. There's no bump on the down key like the 'F' and 'K' to make it stand out 4) No bluetooth 5) Hard drive is partitioned into 372GB C: and 542GB Data: drives which is just annoying to have to deal with 6) For some reason I can't figure out, the laptop randomly says there's an error and restarts about once every 3 months 7) Kinda bloated with programs you don't really want that will just continue to pop up when the laptop starts up unless you sign up for them 8) Can get pretty hot 9) One of the 3 USB ports stopped working 10) Battery which is non-replaceable stopped charging, so the laptop must be plugged in at all times to work
Has served both my mom and my sister very well

Overall Review: Both my mom and sister needed a new desktop computer to replace their old ones. This refurbished ProDesk 600 G1 has served them both very well. Came in good overall condition and more importantly have had no issues at all with either one. Both are providing a great value at the price I paid for them over the year that we have had them
