Nice

Pros: Quiet!!! It runs almost silent and has amazingly good airflow. Pick up some extra fans if you want redundency but they probably won't help much. The stock fans dump heat out the back and internal temps stay low. Loads of RAM, SAS backplane included, PRM Fans, easy to setup, CPU Fans included, Gobs of processing power for all your VM's, or whatever you decide to run. A steal for what you can dump into it and it works out of the box.
Cons: Single PSU (Although it is a monster and has redundant fans) If you decide to purchase a seperate card for RAID be sure to grab some extra long SATA Cables. I had to grab a 36" one to connect my SSD from an open top bay, to the 6GB/s Raid card. But it was worth it :-) Hard Drive cabling is a bit messy trying to get cables routed between the backplane and the center fans is a little tricky.
Overall Review: Don't splurge on 1333GHz DDR3 without checking your processor's memory speed. Take some time to RTM. It's all in there but some things like how to slot 6 sticks of RAM took a bit figure out. Memory slots aren't well labled on the board..
I guess it works

Pros: Cheap keyboard with touchpad for a HTPC. Easy to setup Good weight and appearance
Cons: Before you purchase check the iogear support website. At the time of this writting there is no support page for this product. The Touchpad has no options for sensitivity built into the device and windows 7 doesnt reckognize it as a touchpad. Sometimes the touchpad will drop connection forcing me to cycle the power on the keyboard. Touchpad is smaller that I expected.
Overall Review: I contacted IOgear online support but havent heard anything back as of yet. A few little things (like drivers and custom shortcuts) would easily add a star. It's not a bad keyboard but so far lack of support has me wondering if I should return it while I can.
Wow

Pros: Great card. It was easy to setup, 0 problems with Server 2008 R2, and with SATA III SSDs your screaming fast. RAID 1E!!! PCI-E 8x
Cons: No RAID 5 (Meh) No Forground initialization on the drives, at least that I could find in the cards BIOS.
Overall Review: I got this thing hooked up to a single SATA 3 SSD and three SATA 3 660GB 7200 RPM Drives. Raid 1E in case it's new to you gives redundancy for three drives without all that messy pairity. Raid 1E is actually faster than RAID 5 but you get half capacity for three drives instead of two thirds capacity. Initialization of RAID 1E to create a 1TB Drive took over 24 hours. I'm still working on configuring the system but read and write speeds seem about right and I havent run any preformance tests yet. However, A full install of 2008 R2 was completed using Windows Depolyment Services with an answer file before I could run downstairs and and grab someone to witness it.
