Zero difficulties

MSI K9A2 CF-F V2 AM2+/AM2 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard
MSI K9A2 CF-F V2 AM2+/AM2 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Part of a whole set of upgrades .. new mobo, new cpu, new memory, new video card. Outfitted this with an AMD X2 6400+. No problems in the installation AT ALL. Got the system up and running without a single difficulties with hardware or drivers (Windows XP Pro, btw)

Cons: One itty bitty thing I noticed was that the first SATA plug sits directly under the cooling assembly for my video card (EVGA 320 8800 GTS). This make it unreachable unless I were to use a SATA cable witan angled or shorter connector head. No biggie because the other three SATA's are within easy reach and I only have one of that type of drive anyhow.

Overall Review: Outfitted with: X2 Windsor 6400+ 3.2 Ghz EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB PCIe-16 2.0 4 GB OCZ RAM (2gbx2) Zalman 9700 CPU cooler 700W Coolmax Power Supply

Very impressed

EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Video Card 320-P2-N811-AR

Pros: Installed the hardware and software and it went like clockwork! Tried out my favorite games and decided to just crank all the settings for max quality and resolution (1600x1200 in my case). This thing just sat and smiled.

Cons: Newegg doesn't allow more than 5 stars :-) Blocks the first (of four) SATA plugs on my MSI K9A2 CF-F V2 motherboard, but that's minimal issue at best.

Overall Review: Installed the latest drivers from EVGA's site. Didn't bother with the CD-ROM that came with it.

Pros: Fast. Good price. Meets all my needs so far.

Cons: I've yet to encounter one.

Overall Review: I have this installed on an MSI K9A2 CF-F V2 and am cooling it with a Zalman 9700 cooler. Pleased thus far!

So far so good

COOLMAX CUG-700B 700W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Certified / CrossFire Ready Modular Active PFC and Compatible with Core i3/i5/i7 Power Supply

Pros: Decent price ... nice color and finish (black with a hint of metallic). No frills. Looks nice in my black case :-) Very quite and the voltage readings on the bios system health are well within tolerance levels.

Cons: The 12V system cable (that plugs into the square 12V plug near my CPU) was coupled into a separatable 8-conductor cluster. During the setup of my PC I floundered around for some time looking for the 12V that I needed and didn't realize it was this very one. No big deal really since I figured it out eventually!

No problems

ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler

Pros: Keeps CPU quite cool. Installation was a breeze -- installed it on the Motherboard before installing the board into the case. This thing is massive, however I have an old Antec full tower case, so I had room to spare.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Overall Review: This thing is visually intimidating if you've never seen it aside from photos.
