Blazing!

Pros: As other posters have stated, it will take better than Pentium 4. I ordered a core 2 duo E6600 2.4Ghz, Corsair Valueselect 2GB RAM and a Radeon Sapphire X1650 512MB. Put everything together and booted up perfectly. Bios automatically recognized the video card and disabled the integrated video, and I Overclocked the CPU to 2.70 GHz and it is running great. 60+ FPS at full settings on WOW in most areas, have yet to test Oblivion.
Cons: It's going to be my wife's computer instead of mine...
Overall Review: I paid just over $500 including shipping (I had my own HDD & DVD drive) For a system that is twice as good as a Dell I paid double for!
Looks nice, unable to use since there is no DisplayPort cable included.

Pros: Looks great on my desk. Sleek and attractive. Looking forward to trying it out once the DisplayPort cable I ordered comes in.
Cons: Only Power and VGA cables included.
Overall Review: I would have bought this again, but if the item listing indicated what was and was not in the box I could have ordered what I needed at the time, rather than ordering it today and waiting until after the weekend to use it.
Who places the decals?

Pros: Cheap Fast Card for XP Users, Paired with a powerful CPU makes for a system that plays Oblivion without so much as breaking a sweat.
Cons: Razor blades were involved in getting the fan working. The decal was placed over the fan compartment partially, you almost couldn't see it. The fan was hitting it and would not spin. Shaved the decal with a razor and worked like a charm.
Overall Review: If you put this in a Dell computer and can't get video on the Analog (D-SUB), Try the Digital plug (DVI) with an adapter (not included). Sometimes the Dell BIOS only outputs on that port on startup.
Terrific Card for Budget

Pros: Fits in Small Case, runs anything my wife throws at it without breaking a sweat. Installation was a snap.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Buy this card If you can't afford DX10 or GDDR3
