Suprisingly powerful
Pros: -doesn't need an external power source -benchmarked high for its price
Cons: -bought during a price hike.
Overall Review: I was surprised when I bought this at how well it runs. I bought this to upgrade a computer for my brother's birthday, probably one of my better newegg purchases. Runs Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege on high with about 90 frames average.
Good cooler when it works properly
Pros: Keeps the CPU lower than average, better than stock coolers
Cons: Assembly came and it didn't mount properly, had to jury rig it to fit on the Motherboard
Overall Review: Watch out when buying this cooler because while it says it fits all Intel CPUs, it sometimes wont mount properly. Because of this I had to jury rig the cooler to mount it into the motherboard, other than that it is nice and quiet. Keeps the I5 I have overclocked at a low temp, at the same time my PC does sit in a pretty cold room at about 60F (its winter).
Pretty easy set up
Pros: -good amount of configuration Lots of options that are not only easy to enable. But normally come with an explanation for network newbies. Good range and WiFi speed for price.
Cons: Probably can't handle a lot of routing. Every setting change took 20-40 seconds to apply
Overall Review: Honestly I didn't expect much from ASUS when it came to a router. They really went above and beyond what I expect at this price range. Installed for a friend who has a good mix of IOT devices. Smart TVs. And six people living in his home. It seems to deliver good performance across the entire house. My only small complaint besides setting changes taking awhile is the router is pretty much at capacity running his house.
Good Prodect, meh case
Pros: every screw bit you'd need and normally one spare.flexible drill bit for tough cornerslightly magnetic bit.
Cons: case is pretty fragile, broke a plastic retainer taking out the tweezersthe magnetic mat was pretty useless,
Overall Review: honestly I got this cheap and the quality of the actual tools was way better than I expected, wish the mat was actually magnetic though.
Good speed, cheap at the time
Pros: Good speed, made of high quality materials
Cons: The only problem I had was the ram was rather thick, had a hard time slotting them in next to each other.
Good case, Be warned about the Fans
Pros: Good quality materials Really nice hard drive setup Leds on the fans Comfortably holds any drives you'll ever need
Cons: Instructions that came with the case are terrible Fan wiring is just in the way More than likely will have to remove a side fan if the CPU cooler is 160MM or above
Overall Review: Never had trouble with the case itself. I love the Hard drive bays on this thing, compatible with almost all drive and really easy to swap in/out. The biggest problem is the case doesn't give you really an instruction manual, just a set of lego-like instruction pictures. Everything is labeled though which is nice.
