Pros: Good product for monitoring with a Windows PC with Java Plug in

Cons: The apps for iPhone and Android are rated 1 star by most users. In fact, I cannot find an app that supports this model of camera -- check carefully -- mydlink lite and others do not include this model on the list

Overall Review: I have spent maybe 3 hours on 4 separate calls with DLink support. They act like it can be fixed but I think they know the apps work for very few people. I have an iPad 1, iPad 3, iPhone 4s and original Kindle Fire. The ONLY one that works is the Kindle Fire, and then only in the house on the same network. Leave your home, and none of the apps will work even after updating camera software and even after updating the apps. On Apple products, the app will crash the moment it opens
