Excellent USB Hub.

Pros: This is a great hub with insanely good build quality. There are illuminated buttons next to each USB port so you can turn them off-and-on as needed. I really love this feature and comes with a generous power supply that puts out all the juice your peripherals will need to run correctly.
Overall Review: Ditch your old USB Hubs and get this one.

Needs to come with a power supply.
Rosewill 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub with Anti-Dust Rubber Caps and LED indicator on each Port, 480Mbps Data Transfer Speed for Windows & macOS - RHB-210
Pros: Works okay with thumb-drives and wireless dongles.
Cons: If you plan on using more than one non-powered portable hard-drive with this hub, it won't work. You'll need to find a power supply to plug into this hub because a USB outlet doesn't provide the juice to run multiple drives.. It has a connector for a 5V power supply but oddly doesn't include one. Keep your keyboard and mouse plugged into a native USB port on your computer in case you need to use them for entering and navigating your BIOS\UEFI or anything else during boot up. The drivers for these hubs load with the OS so anything plugged into them won't function until that happens.
Overall Review: Get it for your thumb-drives or powered external hard-drives.

Noticeable difference in picture quality!

Pros: If you are using a TV or any other device that outputs 4K, make sure you are running these cables! The ones you were using for 1080p don't have the bandwidth to handle a 4K signal. My TV really has the "WOW" factor now!
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Update your equipment to utilize 4K to its full potential with these cables.

Quiet.

Pros: These are very quiet fans. I use them in a Media-PC connected to the TV, so viewing is not distracted by the PC rumbling like a cheap Motel air-conditioning unit.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: These are great, quiet fans if you want ones that are throttle controlled by your motherboard or OS application.

Pros: Easy to install your drives before you just pop this into a PCIe slot. Recognized by OS fast.

It's a toss-up.

Pros: I ordered two, only one functions. The one that does is very nice.
Cons: If you're a gambler, go for it...if not...go somewhere else.
Overall Review: There is obviously a flaw in the quality control process at the manufacturer. Test your stuff before it goes out the door.
