Pros: Have had a working board yet to acquire anything positive to say.

Cons: This is the second board with the same issue. Set up outside the case on an insulated pad, just CPU, RAM and PS installed. No POST, no display on Dr. Debug, no beeps. Removed RAM, same.

Overall Review: Is QA bad enough to have gotten two bad boards in a row from different vendors? At my wits end at this point.

Panasonic Toughbook purchased arrived unable to boot with included packaging open. Item was marked as new but is obviously not, is defective, and was apparently sent to us without any testing.
