Sweet PSU

Pros: Quiet, rear exhaust, high quality, ultra reliable, lots and lots of cables/connectors!
Cons: Lots and lots of cables/connectors! Hard to find places for them all. (Then again, I don't have to wonder where I put the unused extras when I add a drive . . .)
Overall Review: I ordered this because my Antec Earthwatts 750W, while a quality power supply, blows the heated air up toward my graphics card which is hot enough already. This was the only high wattage rear exhaust power supply I could find from a respected company at a time (two + years ago) when some of the cheaper brands' high wattage units were taking out motherboards and processors, and while I was worried about an 80mm being loud, I really didn't want hot air vented inside my case. To my delight this thing is relatively quiet (much more so than are my various system fans) and keeps my interior nice and cool. This allows me to use the bottom-PSU case (for stability) that I like while still venting the heated air directly out of the case - the best of both worlds. PC Power and Cooling PSUs are the only PSUs I use now. Hopefully one day PC P&C will have modular versions, but until then I'll happily deal with the extra cables.
Worked exactly two days beyond NewEggs's 30 day return period

Pros: Sounded beautiful - while it worked. Really comfortable - while it worked. Nice controls - while it worked.
Cons: Worked exactly two days beyond NewEggs's 30 day return period. Logitech Gaming Software can see nothing, in spite of the fact that I have Logitech keyboard, track ball, and joystick also connected.
Overall Review: Now I'm stuck with Logitech's famous customer service (something that would be very familiar to a cow.)
Stay far, far away

Pros: None, although the seller did deliver it very quickly.
Cons: First off, the smell - evidently this is regular spandex cord coated in something, because it reeks of creosote. Had to leave it in the garage for a week to let the smell somewhat dissipate. Second, the hooks; they are junk. They are not crimped or bent all the way, so they simply fall off. And they have no rubber tips, so while the wire is plastic coated, a sharp edge remains available to scratch anything the tip contacts.
Overall Review: As an avid motorcyclist for forty years I've owned many such cargo nets and all have been more or less equal. This net is evidently designed by someone whose only concern was to make the cheapest product fitting the general description. The seller needs to pack these up and ship them back to China as neither he nor I got any value.

Pros: Excellent general purpose sound. Great comfort, even over long periods. Long cord.
Cons: Sound isolation too good - can't hear wife calling! Needs clip on cord to secure to shirt, to keep cord from catching on chair.
Overall Review: I'm tickled pink over this headset.
Flawed but great

Pros: I'm on my second play-through and I got a couple hundred hours from the first go 'round. And that's REAL game play, not dieing over and over. In fact, there isn't much that can kill you at higher levels, if you're reasonably careful. There is simply an amazing amount of content.
Cons: Crashes. Lots and lots and lots of crashes. So many crashes that when I first attempted to play the game, I gave up and un-installed it. Then someone told me to spend some time with Google and I found enough third-party bug patches to make it playable. Even today, I sometimes have ten or even twenty crashes an hour, although other times I might play an hour or two without a crash. Always just the game though, it's never locked up or BSOD'd me.
Overall Review: I typically only play FPSs and unloading two or three magazines into someone's unarmored face can be rather off-putting, but I LOVE the open world.
Surprising amount of content

Pros: Huge amount of content - I'm over 120 hours and haven't yet cracked the DLC. The game environment is rich and varied. Graphics are decent, hardly cutting edge but good enough at 1920x1080 to not be jarring.
Cons: Buggy as hell. As delivered it's completely unplayable on a multicore Windows 7 machine, and there's squat for official support. But there is a knowledgeable fan base and I was easily able to find instructions to make the game not only playable, but fairly stable. There are still rocks that are transparent from certain angles and it's not uncommon to kill something and have it sink into the ground and disappear, but loot is so common that this is not a concern.
Overall Review: When I finally finish this, I'm going directly to Fallout New Vegas. Even with the bugs it's an incredible value, SOOOOO much content for the money (even though I had my wife buy it for me for Christmas 2010 and didn't play it until January 2012.)
