Amazing Cooling, Super Quiet, Good for Mini-ITX Case
Pros: -Keeping my 4790K under 62c at full load! -Super quiet even at full speed -Build quality is superb -Versatile mounting positions -Simplistic fastener design
Cons: -Not a Con but always use Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound not whatever is included with this!
Overall Review: -Case Fractal Design Nano S. I read this was supposed to fit no problem and that is not true. It is pushing hard against my GPU and I needed to shimmy a large zip tie between the heatsink and back of the GPU to avoid metal on metal contact. -I had a Corsair H60i cooling my CPU before and was surpassing 85c when at near full load and could not run stress tests for more than 20 seconds before reaching thermal limits. I now stay at or below 62c running those same stress tests (OCCT). -Time to overclock!
Data corrupted and unreadable after only 3 days of use.
Pros: - Cheapest V10 card available
Cons: - Despite all the similar warnings on here I gave this card a shot. Lo and behold all of the data became corrupted and unreadable after only 3 days of being in my smartphone. I upgraded to this from a 64 GB Samsung Evo I've been using for 2 years without a single issue.
Overall Review: WOW Adata I have purchased many of your products over the years without issue. The lack of quality control with these cards is very concerning and will make me reconsider future purchases.
Irremovable metal monitor mount inhibits VESA mounting
Pros: - Price - Super Slim
Cons: - The monitor has a metal piece coming out of the back where the stand connects to. You are unable to remove this metal bracket and it sticks out so far from the chassis of the monitor that it bumps up against a VESA mount making successful mounting to the VESA bracket impossible. Very very silly design flaw.
Overall Review: - Did not test the monitors functionality in any way. - I bought this because it was the best option by stats and price for the features I needed. - If you don't plan on mounting this to a VESA bracket then this monitor is probably great.
Best Price, Best Quality
Pros: - Super Cheap - Conductors going to button are completely wrapped in proper sheathing. I bought a $5 "miner" button from Amzon and the sheath was junk exposing the conductors. I had to wrap it in electrical tape so it would not short out the system. - Fast shipping for coming from China
Cons: - None
Overall Review: One of the best values I have seen in a long time.
Cheap Price, Cheap Design
Pros: -Lowest cost frame -Exhaust fans for additional cooling
Cons: - Nonsensical hole placement - No directions (pretty easy to figure out) - No obvious place for PSU mounting or SSD mounting - Not enough clearance from GPU inputs and fans
Overall Review: - You have to spend extra time to put stuff together but once you get find a way to mount everything (even if its not meant to be mounted somewhere) the frame looks pretty good and does its job.
High expectations Low results
Pros: Cheapest enterprise quality 4 TB HDD It works...I guess
Cons: After a couple month of use I have started to notice a clicking noise coming from the drive. Although the drive still functions perfectly this is one of the first signs of impending failure. I have already purchased and installed a new Seagate 4 TB drive as a replacement.
Overall Review: It is a very good price for what it is. Surely not everyone will get one that is reaching failure. Enterprise drives are made with the highest quality materials and are the drives that perform the best out of the box. If you need 4 TB and cant afford a new drive get this, don't mess with Toshiba.
