Blown Away - Literally

Pros: Extremely quiet, makes a very low hum that isn't heard from more than a few inches. Detachable Fan blades have never been made easier for cleaning. These things move a lot of air through your case. The packaging was very nice and professional, everything was in there very nicely, has a 3-pin to molex adapter as well as detailed instructions for installation with anti-vibration mounts.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Am ordering 3 more to go with the 2 I just received. I am sold.
Avoid this company

Pros: Good positional audio Decent overall sound quality
Cons: Bad build quality Tech support is almost non existent
Overall Review: I have owned this headset for a little over a year now. After about 4 months I started to get a buzzing in the left ear of the headset, I contacted Steelseries support and after 3 emails and a week of waiting they finally got back to me. They said it would definitely the cord, so they said they would send me out a new cord. After a week of waiting and no tracking number I contacted them again and was told that somehow my information didn't get entered so they had to reenter it. So then I had to wait another week for the cord to finally arrive. Surprise surprise, cord came in, same buzzing noise. Contacted them again and waited... there was a lot of waiting going on... Long story shortened, we eventually got a RMA headset to me but it took almost 2 months to get it, again, a lot of waiting. On top of that, all shipping was paid for by myself since they couldn't send me print labels for some reason. Anyway, it's now been almost a year from when I bought the original set, and 6 months since my RMA and while gaming a week or so ago the left earcup on my headset literally fell off. Like right off my head while playing. I was able to push it back together but there is some sort of cheap plastic snap that broke, this worked for a few days, pushing it back together every half hour or so, but now it's completely dead. Anyway, I'm not going to ever buy Steelseries again after this whole experience. Their tech support and customer service is just awful, and they are the slowest in the industry. Their forgetfulness and lack of making it right by at least refunding my shipping during my extremely long RMA process has permanently left a sour taste in my mouth.
Excellent Paste

Pros: Good Price. Easy to apply. Excellent Cooling Performance.
Cons: Better options exist. A tad thicker than most TIM options. No spreading tool included.
Overall Review: First time using Arctic MX-6. 5 year old system built by myself for a client. Fan speed during gaming would ramp up and down. Quick inspection, GPU was reaching throttling temps very quickly under a moderate load. Re paste suggested for both CPU and GPU given age of system. Since this was my first time using MX-6 and I wanted to see temp differences with this 5 year old reapplication, I did a very thorough cleaning (It really wasn't that dirty surprisingly) and tested temps before and after applications. - CPU dropped 4C at idle, and 15C at load. (Corsair H75 - R5-2600x) - GPU dropped 12C at idle and to a very sustainable 73C at load (Stock SF - RTX 2060) Quick fan curve adjustment and I was done. If you're a dot guy, power to ya. I spread and have never had an issue. This is a thick paste, but I've dealt with thicker ones before so spreading wasn't an issue. I like using gift cards or keychain ID's for applications like this, something that flexes makes spreading thicker pastes a lot easier (of course after cleaning it thoroughly). Original paste was Arctic MX-4 (R5-2600x) and EVGA Stock Paste (RTX 2060). The original MX-4 looked good to go still, still easily moved around and cleaned off, a true testament to how good the paste was and why it was still retail for over 10 years. EVGA's stock paste was definitely hitting it's end of life, certainly longevity wasn't there with their Turing line up. At the price point this TIM is excellent value and hard to beat in the price / performance arena. Double digit drops is always a great thing to see, and hopefully the system continues to see usage for a few more years. Another winner from ARCTIC.
Cheap Price, Top Performance

Pros: Picked up one of these as a temp replacement to my GTX295 while it was being RMA'd. This card was a wonderful replacement. It handled every game I own, maybe not at top detail, but medium-high on everything. It performed on par with normal 9800GT's which was surprising since its a Low Power model. Ran very cool, overclocked very high, and was very stable.
Cons: I had to take it back for a refund, I now miss this little beauty of a card. Wish I could have kept it.
Overall Review: I did not get this card at newegg. However I figured I would let everyone know that this is a wonderful cheaper alternative to a higher end GPU, it performed very well for the price.
Great drive

Pros: Very speedy little drive. Large storage space. Small compact form is easy to carry around with my laptop.
Cons: None
Somewhat Disappointed

Pros: Audio Quality is good coming from my X-Fi Fatality sound card. Worked great right out of the box with minimal tinkering.
Cons: Earphones are really really small for a gaming heatset and are kinda hard and pretty uncomfortable. Ears started to hurt after just 15-20 minutes of use. Pretty disappointed. Fatality is supposed to be geared to hardcore gamers. No gamer is going to want to wear a headset that is uncomfortable.
