Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition (VN10006W2N) White and Black SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans - 1 x 200mm side, 1 x 200mm top, 1 x 200mm front, 1 x 140mm rear

Pros: Looks great (almost has a Storm Trooper look to it.) The various colors available for the lights are definately a +. Very easy to work with when building and/or upgrading your system. Great cable management and the hot swap drive bays are great! Stays clean with all the fans having removable and washable dust screens. The handle on the top makes it realy easy to carry to a lan party. I love the fact that you can open this case and do whatever you need to do then just close the door rather than having to unscrew and remove the whole side panel like most cases.

Cons: I have not found any cons with this case in the little over a year that I have had it.

Overall Review: I bought this case as part of a, high end gaming system package from Newegg. I did not really need a case as I was using an Antec case but it was cheaper to buy the pkg deal than just the parts I wanted. Once I received everything, I decided to use this case instead and just build a backup system for my daughter to play on with the Antec. That was a GREAT decision. I love this case. The Newegg pkg deal was this case, a Corsair 1200 PSU, an Intel Core I7 990x extreme proc., 24gb 1600 corsair Vengence ram, LiteOn BluRay burner, 2x ASUS Mars II video cards, ASUS ROG black Editiion MoBo, and 2x Sata3 6gbs, 2 TB hard drives. IMHO it was then and still is a great system and I would not change anything about it. Great Jobe NEWEGG!!!!

AWESOME!!

Corsair Force Series 3 2.5" 240GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F240GB3-BK
Corsair Force Series 3 2.5" 240GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CSSD-F240GB3-BK

Pros: Very fast and I have had no issues since updating the firmware when I first fot the drive. 35 seconds from pushing the power button to usable desktop.

Cons: The only thing I think I could list as a con is that you have to do a firmware update before using the drive in order to get the advertised speeds and for the drive to run properly.

WOW

Intel Core i7-990X Extreme Edition - Core i7 Extreme Edition Gulftown 6-Core 3.46 GHz LGA 1366 130W Desktop Processor - BX80613I7990X
Intel Core i7-990X Extreme Edition - Core i7 Extreme Edition Gulftown 6-Core 3.46 GHz LGA 1366 130W Desktop Processor - BX80613I7990X

Pros: FAST!! Worked right out of the box, I was really surprised by the factory included heatsink and fan on this processor! Intel really came thru on this one. I have been an AMD man for many years and this is only my second Intel build. I was previously running an i7 950 Bloomfield and upgraded my entire system starting with this beast of a proc. The heatsink on this thing is rather LARGE and has a cool blue lit fan and a switch on the heatsink to go from Quiet operation to Performance operation. Did I mention it is FAST!!

Cons: None that I have found so far. If you have a tight case, the heatsink may be a bit large but this was not a problem for me with the Level 10 GT Snow case. (See my review on the case for more info on that) Not really a con but, I wish that Intel would have included a higher quality case badge than just the simple black paper sticker that was included. Something more like the one with the Corsair PSU badge which is an actual metal badge would have been nice for the price of this proc.

Overall Review: I am in no way an "Intel fanboy" as this is only my second Intel proc. This thing paired with the Asus Rampage III Extreme MoBois simply amazing!! overclocking is a breeze and it blows thru eveything that I throw at it on AIR COOLING with the stock heatsink and fan!! My build: Intel Core i7 990x, Asus Rampage III Extreme Mobo, 2x Corsair Vengeance 12 GB (3x4GB) DDR3 1600 (for a total of 24GB), 2x Asus ENGTX580 DCII video cards in SLI, Corsair Pro Series Gold AX1200 PSU, 2x Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB HDD, 2x Carsair Force3 240GB SSD, 2x Lite-ON 12x blu-ray burner, Thermalake level 10 GT Snow Edition case, and 3x Dell Ultrasharp U2711 27" HDMI monitors. Everything was purchased from NewEgg. The system build was one of their package deals. Everything arrived the next day with absolutely no problems whatsoever. THANKS NE!!!

Great MOBO for the price!

ASUS Sabertooth X58 LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS Sabertooth X58 LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Easy set up. Cool looking. Awesome OC features in the bios ( If you are into that sort of thing ). I purchased this board in a combo with the Core I7 950 and also purchased everything else to build my system. Everything arrived the next day, Thanks NewEgg!!! Opened the box and had everything set up and going in less than 2 hours with absolutly no issues. Been running strong for nearly a month now and have had no problems.

Cons: Same as other reviews, Graphics card covers the PCI slot. Otherwise none.

Overall Review: I purchased a full set up from the Egg for this system and have had no problems or issues. System: Asus X58 Sabertooth, Intel Coer I7 950 Bloomfield, Corsair Dominator DDR3 1600 12gb, WD Caviar Black 1 Tb, EVGA GTX260, LG Bluray Combo burner, Antec 1200 case, Antec 1200 PSU. Everything runs super fast and surprisingly cool on stock CPU cooler, but I personally see no need to OC this system as it is already faster than I will ever need or use. Great buy and the Egg is the only ay to go!!!
